I had an endoscopy done – the anesthesia was great, I fell asleep in just a few seconds and woke up as if nothing had happened,
the nurses take good care of you, and overall the staff is great. As for what could be improved — speaking more broadly — I would appreciate if
there were an opportunity to speak with the doctor not only before the endoscopy procedure but also afterward. I would also appreciate it if there were
gastroenterologist consultations available, not just endoscopy procedures. Booking an appointment isn’t the easiest task either.

Very kind, responsive, and professional staff — starting from the receptionists to everyone I interacted with during the procedure on 19.09.2023.
Everything happened without long waiting times, in an orderly manner, in clean rooms without the typical medical facility smell.
For older patients, the staff helped them get dressed after the examination, and they repeatedly asked about their well-being and whether someone would be picking them up.
The next day, they even called to ask if everything was alright. If all medical institutions had this kind of attitude toward patients,
there would be no need for criticism or negativity toward the healthcare sector. Wishing you good health and success in preserving the positive spirit of your institution!
